The importance of Meal Planning

Remember, the secret to success is meal planning. Every week set a day aside to plan and prep what you are going to eat for snacks, breakfast, lunch and dinner. Make sure you know what you can or cannot eat. See Pantry Basics for more information.

Always do this ahead of time:

One. Plan all your meals and snacks.

See the many keto and low carb recipes available on this website or in our Facebook group. If you need to check out carb counts for ingredients check this out.

Two. Write down your Shopping List and buy all the ingredients you need.

If you are away from home, working or on the run, prepare your breakfasts and lunches ahead of time and keep them on standby in the fridge or freezer.

Three. Prepare low carb snacks to avoid cravings or hunger pangs.
